I grew up with a single parent, my father.

.....One NEGATIVE School Experience I transferred schools in 5th grade. The school I had come from was very small with only 24 students in the 1st-6th grades. My new school was a regular school with 30 students in each class. I started doing poorly on my math tests and was very frustrated that the teacher didn't notice or try to help me with my work. I was very used to the individual attention I had received before and felt completely lost and neglected. I think the new downswing helps with these situations. As long as teachers don't overlook struggling students simply to keep the momentum of the class going, each student will benefit individually.
