Labstaff
The IML is supported by a lab manager and a team of graduate assistants that purchase, build, organize, install, maintain, schedule, and otherwise manage the machines and networks that support the College of Education's websites, instructional computers, faculty computers, and administrative databases. Labstaff are typically stationed in the IML. They are available to assist students with the hardware and software in the lab and troubleshoot problems in the Learning Technology Labs.
The lab staff goal is to support current technologies in on-campus, on-site, and on-line learning environments—technologies that increase the ease and enjoyment of teaching and learning.
We provide an excellent online knowledgebase and well-trained professional staff to answer your questions, and are continuously looking for ways to improve and expand services.
Lab Manager | Gregg Koyamatsu
I am responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of the College's computer systems. I am an alumni of the Educational Technology program and currently the Information Technology Consultant for the College of Education. I enjoy playing any sports such as basketball, bowling, soccer. I spend most of the day torturing the other lab staff.
