How can I get Microsoft Windows and Office For home use?
For $10 a piece, Windows and Office are available at the bookstore. You will need your Red ID and the Microsoft License Agreement.
Can I put this software on other non-SDSU computers and if so, how?
Obtain the software (locations listed above) and install it yourself. Please realize that the help desk cannot offer support services for non-SDSU machines.
Can you BURN me my own CD?
No, our site license does not allow us to burn you a CD to borrow or keep.
How can I get: FileMaker Pro, Adobe Acrobat (Full Version), Other Adobe or Macromedia products?
You will need to ask your department to purchase them for you. Once purchased, the help desk will install them for you if you wish. If you own an original copy and have the associated license information, the help desk can install that too.
