SoftwareThis course is designated in the SDSU course catalog as a combination lecture-lab. Most of the lab activities are unscheduled (you pick the times) and can be completed through this website. You should be able to use or access the tools listed here from computers in the College of Education IML. Most of the activities can be completed at home providing that you have an appropriately equipped computer connected to the internet. You will need to install the appropriate versions of the following software applications, browsers, and plug-ins. |
Productivity ApplicationsMicrosoft Office 98, or 2000,
or 2001. Must include Word and PowerPoint. You can purchase this
software very low cost through Aztec Shops or use it in the IML. |
Compression SoftwareYou will need Aladdin Systems Expander or Winzip to decompress some Stuffit (.sit) or (.zip) files used in this course. Demo versions of this software are free.
