Student Organization Participation Form

Thank you for your interest in staffing a table at the 10th Annual Compact for Success Campus Visit Information Fair!  Please fill out the form and click "Submit" at the bottom of the form.  You will be contacted by email after your participation form is received. 

 

Please sign up any time before October 24th and your club will be included.  Thank you!

 

Please arrive on October 24th no later than 9:45 am on Campanile Walkway (in front of Hepner Hall) to set up your table.  One six foot table, two chairs and a tablecloth will be provided.  We will begin escorting visitors back to the buses at 12:05 p.m.

 

Your willingness to come out on a Saturday and showcase your organization or department for future Aztecs and their parents is the cornerstone of the day.  Thank you very much for welcoming them to the SDSU community.
