Reimbursement is dependent upon several
things:
**One of the first 20 organizations
to sign up
**On-time arrival and participating
until the event ends
**Prompt submission of an invoice
(you will receive a template via email
if you need one)
**Status as a current SDSU club with
a BANK ACCOUNT and FEDERAL TAX ID NUMBER
(you will need to provide proof
two weeks prior to the event in order to
receive a stipend--ask your club's
advisor for help, if necessary)
If
you are not eligible for reimbursement
this year, you are still warmly invited
to participate. It is a great chance to
showcase your organization, meet future
Aztecs, reach out to young members of
the community and enjoy a fun,
high-energy day!
